The Premium Brands We Service Across the Foothills
Viking is the line our shop was built around, and it anchors a roster of eighteen premium refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing brands we service throughout the Colorado mountain communities.
Viking First — Every Luxury Brand Second
Viking is our primary focus, but we bring the same expertise and genuine OEM parts to every premium kitchen brand in the foothills.
Viking is the name over our door, and the specialty runs wider
Evergreen Viking Repair is independent and privately owned. We are not authorized by or affiliated with Viking Range, LLC, the Middleby Corporation, or any other manufacturer, and we do not claim to be. That independence is exactly what lets us specialize across the premium market instead of a single badge.
Our shop grew up around the Viking Professional line, and Viking is still the brand our technicians put hands on most in a given week, from a 30-inch dual-fuel range in a Kittredge cabin to a 60-inch all-gas anchor in a Genesee great room. But a foothills kitchen is rarely all one brand. A Sub-Zero column sits next to a Wolf range; a Miele dishwasher shares the cabinetry with a Gaggenau steam oven and a built-in coffee system. So we trained and stocked for the whole premium field.
In all, we service eighteen brands: Viking, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Dacor, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Bosch, Monogram, Fisher & Paykel, Liebherr, Cove, BlueStar, Bertazzoni, Hestan, and La Cornue. Each has its own quirks, its own control architecture, and its own parts catalog, and we repair all of them with OEM and genuine manufacturer replacement parts rather than generic substitutes that tend to fail twice.
What ties the roster together is elevation. Every gas brand on this list ships jetted for sea level and needs altitude conversion to burn clean up here, and every sealed-system and dishwashing brand meets the same dry air and mineral-heavy well water our mountain homes are known for. Knowing how each brand behaves two thousand feet above where it was bench-tested is the specialty; the badge on the front is secondary.
The brands, grouped by what they do
Most premium makers focus on one or two categories they do exceptionally well. Here is how the eighteen we service break down.
Refrigeration
Sub-Zero, Liebherr, Viking, Monogram, Fisher & Paykel, and Dacor build the built-ins, columns, and drawer refrigeration that define a luxury kitchen. We service sealed systems, dual evaporators, defrost circuits, inverter compressors, and the heavy hinges and hardened gaskets that dry mountain air wears out fastest.
Professional cooking
Wolf, BlueStar, Bertazzoni, Hestan, Dacor, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, and Viking cover the ranges, rangetops, cooktops, and wall ovens. This is where altitude work matters most: orifice conversion, air-shutter and low-flame tuning, glow-bar igniters, bake and broil elements, induction boards, and convection motors.
Dishwashing
Bosch, Miele, Cove, KitchenAid, and Thermador make the quiet, cabinet-integrated dishwashers foothills homes favor. On well water they scale up fast, so we descale wash arms and inlet valves, clear drain and circulation faults, chase leaks, and repair the control boards and diverters that stop a cycle cold.
Ultra-premium & bespoke
Gaggenau, Miele, La Cornue, Thermador, Sub-Zero, and Wolf sit at the top of the market with steam ovens, combi-steam, built-in coffee systems, and hand-built French ranges. These lean heavily on electronics and precise calibration, and they reward a technician who works on them regularly with genuine parts.
OEM parts and elevation know-how, whatever the badge
The value of an independent specialist is that we are loyal to the repair, not to a brand's parts desk. We source OEM and genuine manufacturer replacement parts across every make we service, from a Sub-Zero compressor or a Wolf spark module to a Miele circulation pump, a Gaggenau steam valve, or a Viking altitude orifice kit. On appliances that cost as much as a car, that is the difference between a fix that lasts and one that comes back.
The mountain conditions do not care which logo is on the front. A BlueStar or La Cornue range needs the same altitude conversion as a Viking; a Liebherr or Thermador column fights the same dry air that stiffens gaskets; a Bosch or Cove dishwasher and a Bertazzoni oven both meet the same well-water minerals and the same storm-driven surges along the I-70 and Highway 285 corridors. We diagnose with the elevation, the water, and the winters built into the assessment.

What Our Mountain Neighbors Say
★★★★★We moved into a new build at 8,200 feet above Conifer and the range never looked right — orange, lazy flames on every burner from the first week. Nobody had converted it for this elevation when it was installed, and the technician fitted the correct orifices and rechecked each burner before he left. Two other companies would not even drive out this far to look at it. I would rather not think about how many months we cooked on it that way.
★★★★★A thunderstorm surge back in July killed the compressor relay in our Sub-Zero and by morning nothing inside was cold. I called four places; three could not get a van up the hill on short notice and one offered me the following week. These people came the same day, replaced the relay, and stayed until the box was pulling temperature again.
★★★★★Every glass came out of our Bosch with a chalky white haze on it and we had been fighting it for the better part of a year. Our well water in Kittredge is about as hard as it gets, so he corrected the softener settings and replaced the rinse-aid dispenser, which had quit releasing anything at all. That was the whole problem. Two people had looked at that machine before and neither worked out what our water was doing to it.
★★★★★The convection fan in our Viking double wall oven groaned for a couple of weeks and then stopped turning altogether. Rather than order the motor and put us off until the following week, he brought the genuine Viking part up the Genesee ridge with him and fitted it that afternoon. It runs quietly and bakes evenly on both racks again.
★★★★★Two winters on Clear Creek well water and the built-in Miele started throwing pressure faults most mornings. The brew unit came apart and got rebuilt, the boiler was descaled properly, and he wrote down which filter cartridge we should actually be running at this elevation — something nobody had ever bothered to tell us. It pulls a clean shot again and has not faulted since.
★★★★Condensation was running down the inside of the glass on our wine cellar unit and collecting along the bottom seal; the door heater had failed. A late spring snow closed the road and our visit slipped four days, which is hard to hold against anyone up here — but it was still four days of watching water run down the door. When they did get out to Bailey the work was quick, the price was what we were told it would be, and the glass has stayed dry ever since.
